NoorPaths is an independent Islamic learning service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or buy Premium.
You may use guest learning or create an account where available. Keep sign-in details secure and do not use another person's account. If you cannot legally agree to these terms or authorise a subscription where you live, a parent, guardian or authorised Google Play account holder must be involved. NoorPaths does not state one universal contract age for every country.
The core Islamic curriculum and normal learning experience are available without Premium. Premium is optional and adds convenience, insight and personalisation. NoorPaths currently does not display advertising.
NoorPaths provides general Islamic education. It is not a replacement for personal advice from a qualified scholar, particularly for individual rulings, complex circumstances or disputed matters. Content marked as awaiting scholarly review must not be represented as reviewed. Mistakes may occur; suspected errors can be reported through feedback.
Current Premium capabilities are enhanced insights into your own learning activity, coordinated visual style packs, a custom theme builder for choosing your own primary and accent colours (the rest of the palette is derived automatically so text stays readable), additional avatar-colour and profile-banner personalisation, and other implemented customisation identified on the Premium screen. Smart Review, offline downloads and study planning are not current Premium benefits unless NoorPaths expressly launches them.
Friends features are optional and require a member account. Guest sessions cannot add friends, set a username or be found by other people, because a guest account can be created and discarded without limit. As a member you may be found by username or by an opaque friend code or QR link you choose to share; other users see in-app profile information such as username, avatar, equipped cosmetics and in-app standing such as Ajr. Your email address is never shown to other users. Sharing your milestones is controlled by a master switch that is off by default. The Friends leaderboard is informational and does not change league grouping, promotion, demotion, multipliers, Hall of Fame or Ajr.
You must not send unwanted, repeated or harassing friend requests; impersonate another person; choose a username or display name that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, sexual or designed to demean any person, group or belief; use friend codes, invite links or multiple accounts to evade a block, manipulate standing or distort invite records; or collect or redistribute other users' information. You can decline or cancel requests, remove a friend, or block an account, which prevents further contact in both directions. NoorPaths may remove a username, restrict Friends features or take account action for serious or repeated misuse, and provides no direct messages, chat, comments, freeform posts or media uploads between users. The only interaction between learners is a du'a: a single fixed acknowledgement of a milestone, carrying no text or media.
Android subscriptions are sold and processed through Google Play. Before purchase, Google Play displays the applicable price, currency, billing period and final details. Regional prices may differ, and the localized price shown by Google Play governs the transaction. Monthly and annual plans auto-renew unless cancelled, at the frequency and price displayed before purchase.
Manage or cancel a subscription through Google Play. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, although platform rules, consumer law or refund rights may require different treatment. Access follows Google's authoritative subscription state, including valid grace, paid-through, hold, revocation and expiry states.
Deleting a NoorPaths account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play to prevent future renewals.
Google Play processes payments and generally handles Play refund requests under its policies and applicable consumer law. Price changes must follow Google Play notice and consent rules and applicable law; NoorPaths will not replace the price displayed and confirmed by Google Play.
NoorPaths may grant complimentary Premium for testing, scholarship, review, scholar, staff or promotional purposes. It is administrative access, not a purchase. A grant may start, expire or be revoked according to its stated purpose or terms. Paid and complimentary access are independent, so ending one does not erase another valid source.
Do not disrupt, probe, exploit or misuse the service; access another person's account; bypass billing or security controls; or copy content contrary to applicable rights. NoorPaths may take proportionate action against serious abuse, ranging from locking or resetting a username, through muting social features, to suspending an account; a restriction may be time-limited or indefinite, and each one is recorded with its reason. NoorPaths branding, original software and original learning material are protected; third-party material remains subject to its own rights. Features and availability may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
The privacy policy explains how NoorPaths handles account, learning, technical and subscription information. A privacy notice is not automatically consent to every form of processing.
